These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website gigglesnwiggles.website and any fee-collection, admission and communication services provided by GIGGLES AND WIGGLES ("we", "us", "our"), a women-owned preschool based at H 60/3104, Chakkalakkal Road, Perumannoor, Thevara, Kochi, Kerala 682015, India.

By using this website, enrolling a child with us, or making a payment through our digital fee-collection partner FeeHub, you ("parent", "guardian", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Giggles & Wiggles is the trading name of GIGGLES AND WIGGLES, a women-owned preschool and day care offering play-based early learning, day care, summer camps and craft workshops for children aged two years and above.

2. Use of the website

The website is provided for informational purposes about our programmes and to help parents reach us.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content — text, images, logos, photographs — is owned by GIGGLES AND WIGGLES or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Admission & enrolment

Admission to our programmes is subject to seat availability, completion of admission formalities and payment of applicable fees.
We ask parents to share accurate information about the child (age, health, allergies, emergency contacts), since we rely on this for your child's safety and care.
In the rare situation where the school feels enrolment cannot continue — for instance, for safety reasons — we will always talk it through with parents first and arrive at a decision together.

4. Fees & payments

Fee structures are personalised by programme and shared with parents during admission.
Fees are collected digitally through our fee-collection partner FeeHub, which uses Cashfree Payments as the underlying payment gateway. UPI, credit/debit cards and netbanking are supported.
You authorise FeeHub and Cashfree to process payment instructions you initiate, on our behalf.
If a fee is delayed, FeeHub will send a gentle reminder. If you're facing any difficulty, please reach out to the school office — we're always happy to talk.
Refunds and cancellations are handled directly at the school office on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to reach us.

5. Service delivery

Our services are delivered in person at our Thevara, Kochi campus during the published programme schedule. For details on when services begin after payment, see our Service Delivery Policy.

6. Code of conduct

Parents and visitors are expected to treat staff, children and other parents with respect and courtesy on campus and in all digital communication.
Photographs taken at events are sometimes shared on our Instagram or website. If you would prefer your child's photograph not be used publicly, please write to us at support@gigglesnwiggles.website.

7. Limitation of liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to keep children safe and the website accurate, to the maximum extent permitted by law, GIGGLES AND WIGGLES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our services beyond the fees actually paid for the relevant programme.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
