Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GIGGLES AND WIGGLES, we keep refunds simple and personal. Every family's situation is different, and we'd much rather have a conversation with you than hide behind a long policy.

How refunds work

All refund and cancellation requests are handled directly at our admin office in Thevara, Kochi. Our school management reviews each request on a case-by-case basis, keeping in mind your child's circumstances and what's fair for the family and the school.

The fee-collection application (FeeHub) does not process refunds automatically — we prefer to speak with you, understand the situation, and arrive at the right outcome together.

How to request a refund

The easiest way is to simply reach out to us:

Please share your child's name, the programme they're enrolled in, and the payment details. We'll get back to you within a couple of working days.

If a refund is approved

When the school management approves a refund, the amount is sent back to the original payment source (the same UPI ID, card or bank account used to pay). Refunds are usually initiated within 3 business days of approval and reach you within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is on its way.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment shows as failed in FeeHub but the amount was debited from your account, it is usually reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you've paid the same fee twice, just let us know — we'll happily refund the duplicate amount in full to your original payment source.
