Service Delivery Policy
Last updated: 23 May 2026Giggles & Wiggles (legal name: GIGGLES AND WIGGLES) is an in-person preschool, day care and activity centre. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website. This policy explains how our services are delivered after a fee payment is made through our digital fee-collection partner FeeHub and the Cashfree payment gateway.
1. Nature of services
- Preschool: a play-based early-learning programme for children aged two years and above, delivered at our Thevara, Kochi campus.
- Day care: full-day supervised care including meals, rest and play.
- Summer camps & craft workshops: seasonal in-person programmes announced from time to time.
2. Service location
All services are delivered at our campus:
H 60/3104, Chakkalakkal Road, Perumannoor, Thevara, Kochi, Kerala 682015, India.
3. When does service begin after payment?
- Admission fee: on successful payment, the child's seat is confirmed for the agreed start date communicated during admission. A digital receipt is sent via FeeHub on email and/or WhatsApp.
- Monthly tuition / day-care fee: services for the relevant month begin on the first working day of that month (or the agreed start date for a new enrolment), provided fees for that month have been received.
- Summer camps / craft workshops: services begin on the announced start date of the camp / workshop. Payment confirms the child's spot.
4. Service hours
- Preschool & day care: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM onwards. Specific timings depend on the programme and are shared at admission.
- Camps & workshops: as announced for each batch.
- The school is closed on declared holidays, government holidays and during scheduled vacation periods. The annual calendar is shared with parents at the start of each academic year.
5. Digital deliverables
Through FeeHub, parents receive the following digitally — usually within minutes of a successful payment, and at most within 24 hours:
- Payment confirmation and digital receipt.
- Tax invoice (where applicable).
- Reminders for upcoming fee due dates.
- Schedule and announcement updates relevant to your child's programme.
6. No shipping of physical goods
We do not sell, ship or dispatch any physical product through this website. Any materials used for camps or workshops are provided to children at the campus during the session and are not shipped.
7. If something goes wrong
If you have paid a fee but have not received the corresponding service or digital confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible — we will resolve it promptly:
