This Privacy Policy explains how GIGGLES AND WIGGLES ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information about parents, guardians and children when you use our website, enrol in our programmes, or pay fees through our digital fee-collection partner FeeHub.

1. Information we collect

From the website

If you reach out via the contact links, we receive the channel-specific details (your WhatsApp number, phone number, email address, or Instagram handle) and the contents of your message.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log basic technical details — IP address, browser type, referring page — for security and performance. We do not run any third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

During admission & enrolment

Child's name, date of birth, photograph (where shared), allergies and other health notes, and any special needs disclosed by parents.
Parent / guardian name, contact numbers, email address, residential address, and emergency contact details.
Identity proof / address proof when required for admission records.

During fee collection (FeeHub & Cashfree)

Parent name, contact details and child's enrolment reference, used to generate fee schedules, reminders and invoices.
Payment-related information (UPI ID, masked card details, transaction reference) is handled directly by Cashfree Payments, our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers or UPI credentials on our systems.

2. How we use this information

To provide preschool, day care, camp and workshop services to your child.
To communicate with parents about the child's progress, schedules, events and any urgent matters.
To generate fee schedules, payment reminders, invoices and receipts through FeeHub.
To process payments securely through Cashfree.
To meet legal, accounting and audit requirements.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

FeeHub — to operate the digital fee-collection service on our behalf.
Cashfree Payments — to process payments. Cashfree is a regulated payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India and follows applicable payment-data security standards.
Service providers we engage in good faith (e.g. hosting, email) under reasonable confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or by a valid legal request.

4. Photographs & social media

From time to time we share photos from class activities, events and camps on our Instagram page and on this website. We try to be sensible about which photos we share. If you do not wish your child's photograph to be used publicly, write to support@gigglesnwiggles.website and we will respect your preference.

5. Data retention

Admission and fee records are kept for as long as the child is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and audit requirements (typically up to 7 years). Casual enquiry messages are deleted when no longer needed.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Payments are processed over encrypted channels by Cashfree. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continually to keep our systems safe.

7. Your rights

You may at any time:

Ask us what personal information we hold about you or your child.
Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for the purposes above (subject to legal retention requirements).
Withdraw any consent you have given for the use of photographs.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are for children but our website is intended to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the latest revision took effect.
